I really enjoy going to this office to see Dr. Kennedy. He is always on time with the appointments and very helpful in diagnosing my issues. The staff is also very friendly.

I went in for a grad school physical. One of the front desk individuals (there were 2) asked to look at the form (as she chew her food and holding a food item between her fingers), and said: "Have you been here before?", "Do you have a primary care physician?" "We can't do it here; we don't know you well enough; we can't fill out this form."

As I walked to my car, I thought: "All the physician has to do is to assess the different systems, and check off the answers; I have had this done before." I decided to go back and asked her if she could explain to me the reason that this doctor could not do the physical. I was polite, but confused. She said: "I'm gonna make this quick because this is my lunch time?" Then she asked to see the form while taking it from my hand, raised her voice while providing a response, and in the end closed with: "We have PAs and NPs".

If only she would have said that in the first place; politeness would have helped too.

Great Doctor, great staff, my grandchildren go there and they have to get a hug from all of the staff every visit. From the staff at reception desk to the ones who weight and take temps to actual doctors! Kids initiate the hugs and the staff is so kind and gets along with them so well! My grandkids love it there and I feel blessed they have a kind and comfortable environment when they dont feel well. And they have confidence in those doctors. Thats worth everything.

The receptionist was so ugly and rude when I went in to pay my bill. She made a comment about me spending too much money at Christmas. What did that have to do with anything? Dr. Kennedy just stood behind her and didn't say a thing. I will never, ever go back there. What happened to being nice to customers and patients! She should not be working with the public.
