Our clients are Pre-qualified for the amount of the homes Sales Price. We are full service and do provide transportation for clients to the site. LISTING: In serving as a listing agent we provide a free CMA, Comparative Market Analysis to determine the market value of the home. We recommend, what can be done to improve "curb appeal" without spending a lot of money. We meet you in the convenience of your home or at our office.
