We live near Ashland, KY and are VERY happy we made the trip to Mansfield. We dealt with Randy and couldnt have had a better person take care of us. He took all of our information over the phone and had a financing approval before we even got there. He listened to what we needed and what our budget was and showed us the exact car we needed. It had a very minor problem with a brace for the exhaust. While Randy did all of the paperwork, we went to get something quick to eat. By the time we returned, not only did he have the paperwork ready to sign, but also had a new bracket on the car and ready for us to drive home. I would HIGHLY recommend this car dealership. We will will use them again when its time to trade up.
