I called Gandert @10:15Am, told them i had an appointment they said they would be there at 2:00,never showed up.I had to cancel a 3:00 appointment.I called them back he said we can be there in the morning,i said no and called another hopefully a reliable company.I just now happen to see there local advertisement.

I took the old part that I needed a replacement for to GANDERT. Unfortunately it was no longer being made, but a very friendly guy searched through bins full of used parts that they must have collected over many years. He found what I needed and gave them to me, refusing payment. I would trust that whatever they charge for a service call is worth it.

They said they do free estimates thats a lie, I just talked with Jeff and I pointed out that they advertied free twice on this sight he said the free estimate comes with a $65 dollar service charge I swear he said that please call them first. we are still lol.
