Ontario Truck Parts

Last review on here was from 2012. Well, it's 2018 now. A lot has changed since then. Better management and much better at helping meet customer's needs. They've gone out of their way to help me get the parts I needed every time I've dealt with them, and even have stayed late to help me out of a bind. If that's not good customer service, then I don't know what is! Overall, their parts prices are competitive, and reasonable. Best part is that they aren't owned by the high priced Wilbert monopoly that has been gradually overtaking this area.

I ordered a part for my car on friday was told it would be ready by 2pm that day.No it wasn't.I didn't get it til monday.They gave me a discount so it made it alittle better.Take it to my mechanic who'd been waiting just as long as me.He then tells me its the wrong part.I was pissed.so i called back let fran know.he said he'd jump rite on it.called me within the hour.And replaced it for free.Now thats great customer service.helped me look pass my inconvenience.Im a new returning customer
