The Tricord family started with two cousins who shared a passion for building what people needed and really wanted. After years of building a reputation for success in real estate sales, investment and development in Alaska, Atlanta, Raleigh and Northern Virginia, they selected Fredericksburg as the best place to call home and founded Tricord in 1987. Their love for the Fredericksburg area and what it has to offer is shown by their commitment to be the premier community builder with deep local roots.
