Still waiting for a customer service call from anybody. Bought a refurbished HP Elitebook laptop on the Rakuten site from Shivnet (site under construction, OK how long) .The refurbished laptop looks less than refurbished (quite used and no visual on the screen, fan running excessively ), guess it wasn't checked before sale and shipping. I will review and write for a long time until this is resolved. Watch out for these sites. No stars at this point. Help!
