Cheep homes , but high rent . Rent is raised every year 30 or more dollars . A senior park ? Owners don't care if you are on a fix income . They raise the rent just because.Management are only in it for the money don't care about the residents. I'am sorry I bought here , can't sell my home .And the rent is over 900 dollars , this is not a place for seniors. All your money goes for rent. You can't rent your house, the owners can. You are stuck , so the only thing you can do is leave your house . And your credit is screwed . Don't move here, you will be sorry
