LOVE THEM. After having an extremely trying morning dealing with Rotolo trying to get an oil change, thank you Mark Christopher for being every thing they are not. Courteous, fair, quick, and professional. I was ready to forgo the free oil changes and pay rather than go to the dealer because my experiences have never been good. Turns out, I just wasn't going to the right dealer. Actually looked at my car rather than just the odometer before trying to sell me a service. Novel concept. My vehicle had recently been serviced by a non dealer, didn't need a thing except an oil change but it was really refreshing for the dealer to actually see that and not try and sell me something. Shows true professionalism. Something I am not used to because of where I was going. From now on it is Mark Christopher and no where else.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! DON'T TRUST THEM!!

Paid for diagnostic, said was battery and charged me about $200. It wasn't that at all. Later they talked me into another 2 diagnostic charges for same problem, for additional $200. Said battery was leaking and just clean up leak $170 "mess" + battery and that there was a bad 'cell' and so I would also need a new battery. Had to ask numerous times for anything in writing which they did not want to do! I had just had battery inspected by Bureau of Automotive Repair and it wasn't leaking and there was no mess in the car or on the cables. I demanded they test the battery in front of me and it got the highest rating with NO bad cells. Let's just say some companies will get away with whatever they can and have no scruples. I advise you NEVER do repairs here and if you do, check out whatever they tell you because it may not be true at all.

These guys are fantastic. They offer great customer service before the the sale and after. I have done business with them for years and recommend to everyone!!!!!
