This auto insurance company is worthless. The brokers are uneducated Mexicans that will not help you if you have an accident they will laugh at you if you ask them for information on your policy and then tell you that they only can take your money. The worst ones have to be Mike and Myra from the Riverside office that won't even bother calling you back.

I would NOT recommend Just auto insurance to any of my friends or family members. The people at just auto insurance are BROKERS and make money off of your visit and policy...I asked for a full refund but was denied because of "broker fees" and other hidden charges that were not explained to me. The service after I asked for my refund was terrible, I was patronized for my age. I am definitely filing complaints against two agents that work at the Covina location.
