HHS Construction specializes in telecommunications infrastructure construction, including complete CATV and telecom services, such as CATV system maintenance, SAI placement, trenching/excavation and network testing. Its services include aerial/underground construction, copper/fiber optic cable installation, splicing and testing, conduit system identification, pole placement and removal, underground innerduct placement, removal of existing cables, cell site and micro-cell site construction, cell tower assembly, wind tower installation and outside plant engineering. HHS Construction is a full-service contractor for major telecommunications providers throughout California. It also provides manpower for all phases of telecom construction, including telecommunications poles.
