BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!We purchased several items for a restaurant we recently opened, We've had so many issues with what we purchased, its too much to list.In the beginning, they were very accommodating and pleasant to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. They even held some of our items for an extra month+ at no extra charge.We made several different purchases throughout a few month period. Some smaller items and some LARGE items. Majority of the equipment we purchased was sold to us in what was considered at the time "working" condition. This was "assumed" because it came out of a "working" restaurant/establishment. But at the same time, EVERYTHING IS sold in AS IS condition. There is apparently some minor "warranty" on some items, but it is VERY limited in what it covers and when its applicable.TEST TEST TESTIf they cannot turn it on in front of you, I wouldn't buy it. EVEN IF THEY DO, I'd assume it will not last. If it does, consider yourself lucky. We bought several items that could not be tested, wether it was because of the power requirements or that it needed to be connected to gas. EVERY item that we could not test, wasn't functional, and most of it went into the trash after having a tech look at it and quote us the cost to get it "running" with no guarantee it would last any length of time.IF you are considering buying something significant, and the value is worth it, do yourself a favor and bring someone to test OR vet the equipment somehow. This was the recommendation from the sales manager to me after the fact... If i would have been told that before i gave them the money, i would have probably made a different purchase.I really hate having to leave this review, I was holding out hope that a resolution would be agreed upon that was fair to all parties, not just cornerstone, but i was wrong. If something changes, I will update my review to reflect those changes. COMPANIES CAN CHANGE! if their bosses find it worth the extra effort.
