Dropped off 7 suits, 7 sport coats and 5 pairs of trousers on a Tuesday. Was told they'd be ready the next day after 4 pm. Went back and SOME of them were ready, with the rest due the next day. Took home the clean ones. Next day, husband calls from work, saying "this jacket smells." I went to his work, picked it up, and it smelled strongly of - um - upchuck. Smelled all the others at home, and they too smelled like that. Took them all back and they said that sometimes the fluid filters aren't cleaned right. So they did a "re-do" on all the clothes, including those that I hadn't yet picked up (sniffed them right there and they smelled, too). Just picked them all up today. Smell still there, even though they said they had cleaned the "goo that builds up on the tub" (ewwww). Sure, they reprocessed for free, but since I'm going to have to take these to another cleaner anyway, I'm still out the original cleaning cost ($176). I give up.
