let me see im gonna rate this very poor. not only was the person taking the order slow but rude as well. this is suppose to be fast food not sit and wait for 15 while they make it. its not a sit down restaurant but the time i waited you might as well say i could have. this is not the first time ive had poor service here and is always very slow. seems you all need to take a chapter from all the other "fast food" places around oneida. and yes i understand youre busy and training but i dont need the person taking my money slamming the window when i told her i didnt have my other soda or seeing how frustrated she was because "people just keep coming". i work with the public also and know its not acceptable behavior i dont care how "rude" they think the person is.
