I had locked my keys in the car recently and he had me sign something and went on his way.Later I noticed scrathes scuffs and chipped paint all over my doors from him. So I emailed the women that works in the office and all she could say is I signed something saying there not responsible. I called AAA and spoke with them about the situation and they said the gentleman should ve looked around his area of work for damages and usually when they know they damaged something they have you sign and run basically.I went to there office to talk to them about the damages and basically got laughed at for wanting them to fix it and arguing with them. Come to find out the owner of the company was the gentleman who scratched my car and he made a smartass comment about how he could get a 5$ bottle of paint at oreillys and so I said do it than. I am still paying for my services because it got fixed but I know next time I WILL NOT GO TO THESE GUYS! Very unprofessionalN and rude. Terrible small business!
