The Visiting Nurse Association is a nonprofit health service organization serving people in Omaha and surrounding communities. Its services include home health care, hospice and community health programs. Its nurse managed centers support adult well-being and self-care. Located throughout the community - at churches, community centers and retirement homes. Services include minor health evaluations such as blood pressure, blood sugar, heart and lung assessment, medication management, fingernail trims and foot care.
