The Wells Resource LLC was established in 1995 by Paula Wells, and became a partnership in 2010, when Jim Wells joined the company and then a Sub Chapter S Corporation. Both Paula and Jim have over 30 years in engineering consulting business, and have consistently provided professional services that demonstrate integrity, client focus, innovative problem solving, continuous learning, flexibility, and optimized solutions for the least cost. Paula and Jim Wells are the lead professional engineers supported by well-experienced staff, including civil and environmental engineers and CAD technicians.TWR has registered professional engineers (PE), PhD, M.S., EIT engineers and certified CAD technicians.
