Biltmore seems nice on the outside of things, but they really sock it to you when you move out. There were several times our sink became plugged as well and they had to come and fix it. Once time our air conditioner leaked through the wall and they waited several days to fix this. They kept saying it was the washer and we would have to wait through the weekend with soggy carpets. When we moved out they wanted us to buy new carpeting and it was perfectly clean when we moved out. I would not recomment the Biltmore or any other Richdale facility.
