Founded in 1965, the firm has more than 3,000 employees and over 95 offices worldwide. Terracon Consultants provides geotechnical, environmental and construction materials-related services to the government, industrial, energy, telecommunications, transportation and financial sectors. Its geotechnical services include foundation analysis, soil stabilization, subsurface exploration and groundwater control. The firm s environmental services include site assessments, solid waste planning, and remedial design and implementation. Terracon Consultants, with one of its offices in Omaha, Neb., also manages a group that assists with identifying, quantifying, prioritizing and solving potential or existing physical risks and liabilities.
