My son has been going here for about a year know and it has really given him a boost of confidence and has let him shine. We have tried for years to find a sport that he likes and he loves taking this karate class! At times I think it is a little aggressive but that is what my son loves about! All of the instructors are very nice and take the extra steps to make great students!

It is a privilege to practice with the many amazing people who make up the community of martial artists here. I have learned many things while training in self-defense at here. None of them come as difficult for me as the physical aspect. I could have many excuses not to try martial arts: I can't learn physically, I'm out of shape, this is too hard, everyone else is better than me and I keep practicing wrong. Highly recommended! Sensei Steiner teaches practical and useful techniques, he's courteous, and the school is in a great, clean location. Great for children and adults.

The staff here is extremely freindly. Their goal really is to send you out the door from day one with some practical knowledge on how to defend yourself.

Classes are set up in a nice family freindly atmosphere. Very practical and hands on, We took our kids out of Tae Kwon Do and put them in this art.
