Russell Speeders washed my car today with the new method they started a few weeks ago, I was not happy with the results, the outside of the car was still dirty and the drivers door inside did not look like it was touched. Prior to them changing their method I was always happy with the way my car looked when they were done and didn't mind spending $30.00+ dollars, but what I got today was not worth the $25.00 I paid.
On July 12, 2001, my son and I brought his 1997 Pontiac Transport (Red) Minivan to the 11818 W Dodge Rd location. We had an OWH coupon for $99.99 for a full detail. However, the van was in terrible filthy shape inside and out so they said it would cost $130-139.99. We left the van for the day. I couldn't believe the excellent results when we picked it up. It looked new on the inside and except for parts that were accident damage or rims missing on tires the outside was beautiful too. We left on a trip the next day. Our relatives that saw this van couldn't believe it was my son's van. No smelly, sticky, and dog-hair interior. We all had a pleasant trip. Well worth the cost to have your vehicle look so fantastic. We are bringing other vehicles there too. Probably pay to have my son's vehicle cleaned yearly. Thank you to the crew and inside help at Russell Speeders for excellent work and great customer service. Voyles/Johnson families

Excellent service! Speedy and well done. My car was spotless and the staff was very pleasant and helpful!
I was very pleased with the facility overall but the end product was rather disappointing. After waiting for 2.5 hours, I spent 10-15 mins pointing out things that had not be cleaned and after they pulled in back in and fixed them up, I took the car home. On The way home I noticed some dirt on the carpet after it was "inspected" so I started looking into it more. I find the the bottom of the panels for the car were still dirty and the inlets in the front bumper were never touched beyond what the car wash did. In addition, there were spots all over the car, windows, and mirrors. I then opened the trunk an noticed a pool of cleaning solution in the turn locks for the lower floor that I had to soak up with a towel. The final straw was when I discovered pieces of the car missing and expensive accent pieces with gouges in them. I attempted to contact the company but no one returned my emails or calls. I guess what I am saying is that, if someone is going to be charged $200 for a complete de
