Founded in 1983, Quality Pork International is a privately held corporation that specializes in deboning ham for packers, further processors and export customers. The company debones more than one million pounds of bone-in ham per day. It operates a temperature-controlled processing facility and imparts food and chemical safety training for all employees. Quality Pork International exports products to Asia, Central America and Canada.
