Terrible customer service experience. I took my car in for hail repair thinking a smaller shop would be more attentive to detail. It was exactly the opposite. There was damage done to my vehicle during the repair. Initially Paco was going to waive my insurance deductible but when I brought it to his attention that damage was done to my vehicle he attempted to then charge me the deductible. Shady business practice and not quality work. I advise anyone thinking about going here to look at a different shop.
