Did major bathroom rehab. Ended up having three leaks, one of which he fixed. Have court judgement against him which he has yet to pay. Also, couldn't satisfactorily stop running toilet without many trips and it still didn't work. Another plumber fixed it immediately after I paid Paul for additional service calls and flappers.

We had a excellent experience. He was very friendly, as well as knowledgeable. We have an old house and that had a lot of challenges. He stayed within budget, helped us bridge the gap in our knowledge, and handled tough barriers related to our old house like maintaining our tile, dealing with old pipes, and taking new challenges as they came. Cannot rate him higher, but I would for his integrity. He is very accessible as a person, reasonable in price, and I felt that we got a great service for great prices.

Looking for a great service competitive prices then Paul the plumber water heater experts are the ones to go with. We had a whole house renovation due to a tree falling on our house and service was fast, excellent, very reasonably priced ! We were super pleased with the work and 100% recommend going with them!

Very upset Decent work but quoted job at $145 and ended up charging $392 for job. We told what we wanted done. He slowed done working to milk more hours on job. Would not recommend him at all

I am so glad that I didn't call one of the big plumbing companies in the area. From the minute that I spoke to Tracy (sp?) at the office, I knew that I made the right choice. She is friendly and patient! Paul is polite, professional and personable! He was kind and patient enough to answer all my questions and explain what he was doing - and I asked a lot of questions! I had called because the faucet in the kitchen started to spew water everywhere from the base and I had to resort to temporarily doing the dishes in the bathroom sink! The faucet explosion happened on a Sunday night and, since it wasn't an emergency, I called on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Paul is the owner *and* he is the one that comes out to personally to fix the problems. He is a super hard worker and, although he must have been exhausted from a long day of calls, he did a fantastic job and the kitchen sink was back to working perfectly! The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. I fully recommend Paul the Plumber to everyone. If any other plumbing goes awry in my house, I will definitely call Paul again!

I was doing a last minute bathriom remodel when I realized I needed a plumber. I called Paul at 230 in the afternoon to see if he could stop by the same day. sure enough, even with his ver busy schedule, he was at my house 1 hour later and installed shut off valves.

Awesome, friendly, extremely professional and knowledgable service. Paul was out to look at a gas leak problem within just a few hours. He fixed the issue so fast & inexpensively that he was able to unclog a drain for me at another location. This company is amazing; from the person working the phones to the person/people knocking on your door! Professional, fast, kind, and reasonable!!! I felt guilty having them in my house as everyone here was on the mend (didn't want them to get sick)...but they took it in stride. Will use them again and again (no joke as I live in an 80 year old house)!!! Highly recommend!!! My experience with them was the best thing that happened to me all week (yeah, pathetic week...but they were awesome just the same!)!

Best service and value in Omaha! Paul came out and could have charged me big bucks on new faucets but instead rebuilt them for a fraction of the cost of new ones. He is honest and will be the only plumber I will use going forward.

Paul was able to come out within 2 hours of our call. He had both of our outside faucets fixed quickly and professionally. Having had a bad experience before with a major name brand plumbing company we were worried about another over priced mistake.

If you're like me..when a problem around the house comes up, my wife panics (especially if there is water leaking) and wants to know what "I'm" going to do about it. Of course I'm usually pretty good about putting a bucket under the drip and then forgetting about it until something else is ruined before I pretend to try and figure it out and make 3 or 4 trips over to the hardware store "looking for parts" or enough free advice to figure out that the project is way over my head and I need to call a professional. By this time, I was pretty certain that this little leakhad turned into a very expensive resolution, particurily going into a weekend! Boy did I get lucky this time. At 1200noon today, Paul, the President/CEO of "Paul the Plumber" answered my call personally. He made an appointment for a same day quote AND had not only the BIG problem solved, but also a couple of others "as long as he was here" by 615p this evening!! I had been "dealing" with this problem for 4-5 weeks...Paul had it done in 3-4 hrs total!! I really appreciated his consultative approach to not only diagnosing the problem, but also with his recommendations on how to make the most cost effective and durable fix. I have complete confidence in the repairs, that I got the best fix possible and his rates were more than competitive. I am going to bed tonight not having the worry of my plumbing problem, but also knowing that even though I'm not fortunate enough to have a brother-in-law in the plumbing business, but now that I have Paul's number it feels like I've got one better... a good friend that I can trust in the plumbing business. I will definitely call him again in the future and recommend him to my friends and family. I'm certain that you will feel the same way!

Call Paul - stay away from the national chains of plumbers. I called a couple of the "franchise" businesses who work in Omaha. They were all very prompt and polite on the phone, but here's the catch. They will NOT give you an estimate over the phone or tell you their standard rates for simple projects. When they get to your house, you'll find that their rates are unbelievably high. Don't even call them - call Paul. He was prompt, courteous, and very professional. On top of that, he guarantees his work and charges (very) much less than the big companies -- and he does a better job. Keep supporting the small businessmen like Paul. I had him come over to install three new shut-off valves in my bathrooms. He was there the next day - absolutely professional workmanship. No wonder this guy is so highly rated.

I have used multiple plumbers over the last few years. I decided to try Paul the Plumber and could not be happier. He shows up on time with all the parts needed and gets the job done fast! One thing i dread about calling plumbers is having to pay rediculous payments, but i was deffinatly suprised to find his prices are very resonable too.
