Do not let the grand and glorious decor fool you. I would not recommend this place at all unless you never show up to visit your loved ones and don't care. The staff is lazy, rude and they definitely do not hire the sharpest crayons in the box. The management/director does absolutely nothing about any kind of concerns and it is a waste of your time to bring any issues to them. I did not feel welcome when visiting my mom, and did not go to visit nearly as much as I would have liked to. Much better places out there.

A mixed bag. Some of the caretakers here are phenomenal; the facility is probably above par ( had to put my loved 1 here on a very short notice so didn't have much time to look around). I think the director tries hard but my gut feeling about her is less than comfortable, and the medical liaison has never taken or returned ANY of my calls. Communication is definitely not their strong suit. People seem to think this is the best place in Omaha; I would hope there is something better. Be careful, ask questions, be present, follow up.
