I use to live there and I believe they are racist. I have never known another race besides whites staying there long and I am white. Plus the rent goes up they won't fix stuff plus it took them months to give me a heat treatment

Note to all If at all possible stay away from Seldin Co. especially Park East Apts. Management has not followed through with rules and has double standards. Some rules are placed on some people and not on others. Living here has become trailor park trash and a crazy house. Around 2008 the building got bed bugs. Management did not step in to take care of the situation up until 2010. We will all probably be eaten up, before the trouble is cleared up.
