I have had Papillion Sanitation for over 5 years now and I would recommend them to everyone. The drivers are great, always friendly, fast and they don't leave a bunch of loose trash around after going through my area. Best out there and I have had more than my share of other companies!

I have had Papillion Sanitation for over 12 years now! They are excellent! I have had no problems. An occasional miss here or there maybe 3 misses in 12 years but they were quick to send the truck out the very next day. All I had to do is call the office and the very nice staff helped me. My drivers are so great that i get them gift cards at Christmas time. They pick up everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The cancellation fees is $25, never was $15. I just learnt this after calling for cancellation.

We have had this service since 2000 and have had wonderful service, very dependable. I would recommenced them to everyone. We live in the Beaver Lake area. Thanks to our driver. CB

This company has the worst customer service and the rudest people. I have been a customer for 7 years. The last three weeks they did not pick up my recycling and when I called they said to leave it out they would send someone out to pick it up, which of course no one ever came and then they skipped me again the next week. When I called to cancel my service and they asked me why and I explained, she said oh okay, by the way we have a $15 cancellation fee. When I was never told about this, and talked to a manager, she said you may not have ever been told about this, but it is just our policy, so there isn't anything that you can do about it, because we will just take the $15 out of any refund that you have coming for the unused service the you prepaid for. They are extremely rude and the charging for cancellation when they aren't even doing what they were paid for is unethical to say the least! RUN, RUN, and find another service!
I would recommend you call around and get prices. My monthly bill just increased in Jan 08 by $10 for fuel and materials. The previous charge of about $3.50 became an different charge on the bill. I am paying almost $1100 a year for garbage and yard waste, but this is changing today as I did call around and can have the same service for less than $2-300 a year. Goodbye.

Service is unpredictable, you never know if they are going to come at noon or late in the evening. Sometimes have to call and have them come to get trash because they missed us. I think the price we pay, they should be extra thorough.
This is a great company with awesome customer service, the drivers are very helpful and friendly. They may miss a pickup once in awhile, but if you let them know, they are quick to send a driver back to correct the mistake.If you are a new customer and they are missing your house several times in a row, just call the office and ask them to notify the driver. They will issue him a "dont forget" for your house and it wont happen again after that.
We have been using this service for over 8 years and have been very happy with them. They have never missed a pickup.
Terrible Service. I started up service 3 weeks ago and every week I have to call and remind them to come back and pick up my trash. They picked up the neighbor's garbage on either side of my but ignored my even when I placed it in their cart. Management is full of excuses. By the way the DO NOT credit your account for the weeks they did not do the right thing. If my trash doesn't get picked up next Thursday...they're fired. This is ridiculous.Papillion is the most expensive and obviously not the best. My advice to you....look elsewhere for quality service.
Good company until they raised their rates and added a fuel surcharge, now they are way more expensive than most of the other trash companies around.
No complaints and good service for the past 6 years! Very reliable. They often pick up a few extra things.
I was treated very poorly when called to asked why my trash was not picked up!!! the manger was so rude and not helpful just looking to blame me for the reason the trash was not picked up!!! and after 30 min on the phone they still did not pick up my trash!!! very unhappy!!!
