TERRIBLE company! The owner has no problem telling you that he is a "degreed engineer" but was 100% wrong on the results of a $400 test that he and his staff performed. Told us that our repairs would total around $30,000 and that there was no other options than digging up our entire pool and replacing all of the drains and lines. And completely did not address a major crack/hole in our steps of our concrete pool even when asked to look at it. He told me that was not the issue of why we were losing water. He told me I didn't want to face reality and that he "has been doing this a long time and was an expert." But we ended up having a REAL pool expert over who fixed the problem, actually looked at the issue of the cracked steps and said it was a big part of the problem and fixed the other issue which was minor with the jet return for less than $1,000. I work with a few people who said NEVER WORK WITH OLYMPIC POOL and SPA. I now see why. Even professionals in the business say the same.
