I will NEVER use Office Depot for anything again. Normally I do not write bad reviews but I had the worst experience with this Office Depot. I emailed them a file to print off bachelorette invites and explained exactly what I wanted and how many I needed. I called the same evening I ordered to see when I could pick up. I wasn't in a rush or anything I just wanted to know. I was on hold for 25 minutes. Finally someone came to the phone and took my info to give me a call back. They never called back so I just stopped by the store to check. I stood in line for 20 minutes while 3 people were working at the counter. Finally, they ask for my name and give me my invitations. The paper was a lot thinner than I had expected. It's not what they explained over the phone. I got 17 pages of invites instead of 17 copies. I didn't need 34 copies. They were out of envelopes for 5x7 and didn't even seem to know what was going on. I will not use them for any printing or anything in the future. I should've got a refund!
