There she was elected a member of the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. Since then, Katie has practiced rural family medicine where she was able to diagnose, treat, and manage various conditions in patients from infancy through adulthood. Katie is a native of Nebraska.

- Internal MedicineDr. Segura obtained both his MD and a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Allergy-Immunology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City. Following his training, Dr. Segura greatly enjoyed working with an allergy group in Papillion, Nebraska, from 1998 to 2003. He continued to take care of patients as a solo practicing allergist for Allergy & Asthma Care in Omaha, Nebraska, from 2002 to 2015.
