I have been going to this shop for at least 5 years, I trust them completely, they are obviously very knowledgable and won't tell you that you need a repair that you don't just to make money. An example, they insisted a problem I was having was because of the starter, but I was convinced it was the battery. Well, I listened to them and replaced my starter and they were once again correct. They could have opted to replace my battery and then replace my starter but they didn't. They are very ethical.Plus they explain everything they need to do and don't talk down to me because I am a woman as has happened in other shops I have gone to.
