Best program I've ever been on. In only 12 weeks, I've lost over 35lb. I had seen what success my friends had on this program and I am so glad I decided to try it out. The cost seems high at first, until you start seeing the pounds disappear and begin feeling the effects of a healthier lifesytle. I would (and have) recommended this program to both family and friends.
