- GuardianshipTrent represents clients in all aspects of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. Trent advises a wide variety of individual and corporate clients, including farmers and small businesses, on income tax compliance matters. He has vast experience in working with the Internal Revenue Service, the Nebraska Department of Revenue, and the Iowa Department of Revenue, and has practiced before the United States Tax Court. Trent is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, and the Omaha Bar Association. He is the past President of the Council Bluffs Estate Planning Council and has served on the Board of Trustees for the Christian Home Association. Before joining Stalnaker, Becker & Buresh in 2007, Aimee served as a deputy county attorney in Douglas County and prosecuted violent crimes against women and children.
