First time at Kanwa Nails & Spa. Was excited to try a new place. Everyone seemed friendly. My friend and I had a bit of a wait because they were busy. The two technicians, my friend and I all were having a good time until I decided I didn't care for the color I was getting. My technician became upset and was slamming utensils and bottles around because I didn't like the color of my polish. I apologized...several times. Now thinking, WHY? I'm a paying customer and should be happy for what I am paying for. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the technician would throw a tantrum over redoing some nails. Yes, I get it that it takes more time but don't ask if I like it if you really don't want to know. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Really, really disappointed!! As you can guess, I'm not going back!

When I arrived for my appointment there was confusion why I was there. The American woman who seems to manage was unwelcoming and rude. I bought accrylic french tips that ended up looking so bad. The white part of my nails all had deep gouges in them from the little grinder machine. And when the woman sized the tips that were put on they were way too wide and never filed down. Not even a clear coat over them at the end! I was told to wash my hands and then I came back and someone else was getting their nails done in my chair with my purse on it. Very unorganized, and not happy with my nails. I had to fix them myself at home! I will try any other place than ever go back there.

Very Happy with Beauty Nails! They guarantee gelish/shellac for 2 weeks and DO fix for you if there is a problem. I have gone here several times and only had to go back for a fix once - the polish with white tips lasts me 3-4 weeks. English speaking receptionist is very helpful. Tropical Nails on 155th and Dodge does not stand behind their guarantee - go to Beauty Nails!
