After having several repairs done by JR's, I took my wedding ring in to have a large diamond & mounting put on it. My stone is a Diamond Nexus stone - NOT Cubic Zirconia. DNL's are as hard as a diamond, as brilliant as a diamond and as indestructible as a diamond. After being argued with that it was a CZ and they would melt, he took it back to get an estimate. I was shot an over inflated price and was told they were not responsible for damaged stones. I wasn't afraid of them breaking as they stated, I was appauled with how I was treated. Took my stone and ring to a well know, major jeweler here in Omaha, who understand Diamond Nexus stones - was told it was a simple repair and is charging me $100.00 LESS than JR's quoted me! Disappointing customer service and a real rip off scam was going to happen if I let them do the repair!
