I lived in this place for two years and could not WAIT to get away. Every year they'd have you renew this paperwork that WASN'T a lease to TRICK you into having to stay another year. If you don't want to stay another year, DON'T SIGN THE PAPERWORK. I lived on the main level and I've seen every kind of spider there is. I've witnessed crickets and all kinds of bugs. It was almost like they were spraying spider's eggs around my apartment.. not just small ones, but HUGE ones. Oh, I also had a nice plant growing out of my bathtub fixture. How beautiful it was! It was always extremely cold throughout the house. The management was RUDE. There was a lady there named Jackie.. RUDE. She acts as if she doesn't even want to be there. I kept my carpet very clean and with a 3/4 year old living there, it was just normal wear and tear. When they did my inspection, marked everything "filthy", kept deposit, and charged additional. Wouldn't recommend it AT ALL.
