With more than 20 years of teaching the martial arts to families in the Omaha area, we offer a comprehensive cardio workout, strength training and stretching regimen while focusing on self-confidence, self-discipline, self-respect and self-control through our Taekwondo and Judo programs. We offer an affordable way to workout, get into shape and stay in shape while learning a valuable skill that all of those expensive gyms can only pretend to offer, SELF DEFENSE.
