retail stuff ok, over priced like any jewelry store but at lease its unique. as for full-service jeweler - they shop out most work, its inexpensive compaired to real jewelers but the work is such poor quality your items are likely to lose value after they've had their way with it. I had rings resized - the shanks are thinner, gram weight reduced. At the same time I had a necklace repaired - not really fixed, they wrecked it, I made them fix it again and got back a shorter necklace.
