Mr. Mullin was raised in Albion, Nebraska and received his grade schooling at St. Michaels Parrish School in Albion and graduated from Albion High School in 1968. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1972. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Creighton University College of Law in 1976. Following brief stints in government administration, private practice and insurance claims, Mr. Mullin was employed for over 25 years as a claims litigation attorney for a large, mid-western insurance company. His litigation experience includes numerous trials, to jury and judge, involving auto accidents, slip-and-falls, as well as other types of accidents, and insurance disputes. This experience included the evaluation, negotiation and settlement of thousands of claims of personal injury and property damage.Mr. Mullin will provide excellent legal representation to any client injured or damaged in an accident, from the time of the initial, free consultation to the successful conclusion and recovery of just and reasonable compensation.
