General Info: CLS Foundation Repair & Waterproofing is a family owned business located in the Midwest with over 30 years of experience in the construction and home repair industry. The owner began in the construction industry in southern California in the 80s working on large commercial structures. After moving back to the Midwest to be closer to the family farm, he gained years of experience with concrete, foundations, and waterproofing working throughout Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota doing both residential and commercial work. We are passionate about helping home and business owners keep their structures structurally sound and protected from damage. We are known for the quality of our work and the relationships we create on each project. Our team will work together to provide excellent and personalized service.
