Built a new home. Moved in July. Had 3 indoor fireplaces and one outdoor plus granite put in by consolidated. Put top of the line linear fireplace in main great room. It's November. Still doesn't work. All the service calls and waiting....now making us wait 2 weeks for a part to get installed that we waited 2 1/2 weeks for. After 3 service calls. Either didn't have the right part or didn't get fixed each time. Will NEVER recommend. Horrible customer service.

We used Consolidated Kitchens for our granite countertops.

The main reason was they were one of the largest and had a good reputation from what we had heard.....very wrong information. They built the countertops at their shop. This is very normal. However when they delivered the granite, they broke the largest piece coming into the house. Rather than take the other two pieces (one on each side), back to the shop, they cut the replacement for the large piece by itself. We were not happy with the results and immediately told them so. We had multiple service visits (sometimes with managers) to come out and recaulk the gaps. Everytime we were told they were within the tolerance levels and there was nothing they could do. Finally one of the service people came out to caulk gaps yet again. He ended up being the person who had cut the original tops in their shop. The look on his face told the story and after asking him about it, he said how beautifully they had fit together in the shop and this installation was very disappointing.....Look elsewhere for someone who will stand behind their work and if you go to CKF, do not pay them until the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Sorry, the customer service is lacking. The koch cabinets they push are in every showroom in town-do

yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

Very impressed by the level of service and work we received from CFK. We had small issues in the beginning, which can be expected in redoing a kitchen, but they remained honest and professional with us throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The process went like clockwork and everyone came on time which was good. I liked that they lined up the plumbers and the process was self-contained which is exactly what we wanted. One stop shopping. Our salesperson Marie did a great job and sealed the deal for us.
