Provided by YP.comI had a severe case of pneumonia, I was admitted to a regular floor, ended up getting septic, nurse practioner refused to transfer me to the ICU. Being an ICU RN myself, I called the ICU MD and had to have myself transferred to a higher level of care. Staff were not attentive, one RN was on crutches in the ICU, while providing patient care!! I feared for my life for 6 days, a good friend of mine died from a misdiagnosis of meningitis also there. HORRIBLE HOSPITAL

Provided by YP.comLakeside was great for OBGYN! They have a fantastic team with Dr. Hill and Dr. Burke and I would give them 5 stars! However, this hospital is associated with Alegeant and their billing is horrible. 6 months after I delivered my baby we still were getting bills in the mail.
About 8 months after delivering my baby I was having some issues in my upper abdonminal region. My regular physician was not available so I was directed to Dr. Keasling. The first thing she said when she saw me was to stop eating processed food and fast food...I am a registered dietitian who happens to be overweight since I just gave birth and I never eat at fast food restaurants! An ultrasound was orderd to look at my upper GI region. When they didn't find anything Dr. Keasling ordered a test that included injecting a radioactive dye into my blood to check the gallbladder even though there was nothing on the ultrasound indicating an issue (she told me this herself). I declined this test since I wouldn't be able to breasfeed for 60 hours, and went to see a GI specialist who actually knew what they were doing. I did this myself. Dr. Keasling would not refer me to a GI specialist. Then all of a sudden they came up with a diagnosis of obesity when I wanted to leave, and that apparently I had mild fatty liver disease. I took all of my medial records to the GI specialist at MidWest GI who told me that I most likely had a small amount of adipose tissue in my liver becuase I lost 40 pounds in the first 3 months of giving birth and losing weight that quickly can cause the fatty tissue in the liver. She also said she sees thin pepole with the same issue, and that it had nothing at all to do with my weight.
If you are overweight or obese do NOT see Dr. Keasling. She will just assign a diagnosis of obesity and not actually look into the epidemiology of the problem.

Provided by YP.comDon't go there! They will double the cost of your visit in the middle of your therapy and not tell you until you receive your bill.
