Founded in 1984, The Burlington Capital Group is a privately held, employee-owned investment banking firm. It operates a subsidiary, Burlington Capital Real Estate, which is engaged in the development, acquisition, financing and management of properties throughout the United States. Burlington Capital also manages America First Multifamily Investors, L.P., which deals with a portfolio of federally tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds. Burlington Capital also manages Burlington Capital Properties, a full-service property management company currently managing over 8,000 units including market-rate, affordable, student, senior, military and condominium properties throughout the United States.
