Straight up, un aged goodness! Aged for 7 days on new oak, our 100% malted barley lends an assertive grain flavor with firm sweetness. It's a single malt gem!
Mostly Honest - Bourbon
We've been growing so fast, we couldn't keep up with demand. So, we got a little help. To be fair, this bourbon gets the Brickway touch before it ends up in the bottle. We age it here in American charred oak barrels and taste test it until it's perfection! It's good stuff, this bourbon. And that part is 100% true
Koenig Dead Devil - Cinnamon Whisky
This whisky is derived from our White Whisky by steeping cinnamon shavings for nearly one week. It is all natural, no gross flavors or additives were used to make this tasty favorite

Made from a base of corn and barley, this vodka does what it is supposed to, and it is odorless and tasteless. That sounds counter intuitive in a brewery and distillery that strives to create great flavor, but we do respect the traditional liquid and so this vodka speaks for itself.
