Yesterday January 9 2013 at 10AM 3 of this company's plumbers on the job were standing around conducting a running commentary of the people coming and going in the bathroom at Planet Fitness in Omaha. As time progressed it got louder and more crude. Finally this poor cancer victim came in and gargled into the sink at which time one replied in a sarcastic manner," Must have had a rough workout" causing them all to break out in laughter, while making a few more rude comments as he left.
Planet Fitness has a "No judgement" Policy that these guys obviously were completely disrespecting.
The poor guy did nothing to deserve this and has enough to contend with without being ridiculed by a group of plumbers standing around supposedly working.
If I need a Plumber, this is hardly the company I would want around my family being rude, cursing, and spewing out derogatory comments.

I use them for both of our houses. They are reliable, professional, clean and friendly. Always a fantastic experience.

I had a pretty serious situation, had to turn water off to my entire commercial building because of a broken pipe, so this not only affected me but 5 other tenants in the building. I called at 7:15am and someone answered the phone! Not only did they answer the phone, they said they could get to me same day, most likely in the afternoon, I stressed how it was affecting everyone in the builind and WELL SOMEONE WAS AT MY BUSINESS AT 8:15AM!! Super Fast, Great Service, and Fixed the Problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BACKLUND PLUMBING!

they are very unfriendly. i called with a leak in my pipes and they told me well because your warranty company did not add it as an emergency call so we suggest you shut your water off till 3 days later on Monday when we can come out.... i asked them how can that work for me so mike continued to huff and puff on the phone and made me feel like my business is a burden to his company. so they came out and now i will go with a company that can handle the work load.... zero friendliness does not grant my business

Gets the job done, cleans up well, is affordable, and very professional! Definitely will use them again.

I originally made an appointment to snake a second floor shower that was draining slowly. The plumber showed up promptly at the scheduled time and fixed the drain issue within one hour for $80 (great price for the area btw). A couple days later I noticed water leaking from a ceiling vent directly below where the drain had been snaked, so I called Backlund as I assumed a pipe might have been knocked loose when the drain was cleared.



The same plumber showed up promptly and was able to diagnose the issue (a faulty gasket behind the tub that was most likely broken since I bought the house a year prior). He then quickly fixed the gasket and addressed a leaky shower head issue he had noticed in the gasket repair process. How much did they charge for a return call to fix an issue that ended up completely unrelated to the first issue you might ask? NOTHING. The customer service and ability to resolve the issue in an affordable and convenient manner was second to none. I will recommend Backlund Plumbing to anyone who is need of plumbing services.

I called on a Thursday afternoon after seeing that they were voted 1 of 3 Best of Omaha Plumbers. They scheduled me in on Friday afternoon and showed up quickly. The plumber helped diagnose the problem, which ended up being a quick fix and helped show me all of the things needed to simply fix the issue. They were very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend.
