Went to Auto Zone on 50 & center because I had to have my car jump started and the battery was replaced by auto zone on 50 & center in oct 2012. I have purchased many items including 5 or 6 batteries previously. I have always had decent service until this visit on 12-15-14. The employees could not find the information on any purchase made on the car I was having issues with and after approx. 20-30 minutes I finally convinced them to scan my auo zone card to find me and low and behold guess what popped up??? the male employee with glasses very rudely told that my info was input incorrectly and that was my fault? It got worse the man continued to be rude and said nothing could be done and I told him how rude he was being and he was like oh well and I gathered my paperwork and as I was leaving I did tell him he was acting like a dick and he then followed me out of the store and threatened me. needless to say don't think I will do business with Auto Zone. Then they called my phone also.

Great customers service and prices. I've been there more than a few times and they've always taken great care of me, answered my questions and explained things so that even a non-mechanic like myself could understand.

I want to thank all the employees at Autozone on 50th and Center for assisting me last night with my 2005 Nissan Altima. I had problems starting my car at the grocery store last night, when I finally got it started my "Service Engine Soon" light came on so I immediately drove to Autozone where they took the time to run several tests. My car, once again, would not start while I was there. After running the tests they came to the conclusion that it was my cam shaft sensor. Instead of forcing me to pay to have my car towed to a garage to have this part replaced, Ben, without me asking him to do so, changed the part for me. I am very grateful for everything that all the employees did for me at this location. I will continue to make this my autoparts store in the future. THANK YOU BEN!!!
