I did not order a buffet and had discussed in detail with Nathan how I wanted dinner served to each person and not served buffet style. Nathan even told me that I would have to order one type of cake as to make serving the dessert portion easier. When I spoke with them again they asked me if dinner was a buffet or served and I told them again that dinner was to be served and I did not want a buffet. On the day of my event they tried to serve a buffet. Also they gave me the wrong invoice twice! Save yourself the trouble and go with a company that doesnt just pretend to care what you want!
