It offers Medicare and Medicaid services throughout the country, including Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Additionally, every new transplant patient receives a wellness kit that includes information about medication, a digital blood pressure monitor, pill organizer and digital thermometer.
