I called on a Saturday to get a spring replaced. I really wasn't expecting to get it replaced until at least Monday. I was very impressed that they could come out on a Sunday(the next day) to replace it at no extra charge. They replaced it at the quoted price and out tech was efficient and courteous. They even called a few days later to ask if we were satisfied with our service.

Not a happy camper to say the least. Called to have them come out and see my Garage door with a broken spring. $511.35 later my door is fixed but this is more than double the competition. Granted my husband told them to fix it but when I called and inquired about the high cost they were rude to say the least. Can we say that I think they took advantage of a Senior Citizen. I do not recommend them as a reputable vendor.

I highly recommend this company. They came out and fixed my garage door and opener. They were very professional and did a very good job. Great products and they cleaned everything up and gave me some tips for ongoing maintenance.

I had this company come out and they did a wonderful job. Showed up on time and replaced my old broken springs and opener. I couldn't be happier with the way they treated me and their attention to detail. Thanks Josh!!!

I was told this was under warranty. Today I telephoned to have someone come out & adjust the track since the door is catching & I was told it was going to cost me $45.00 for a "service call". Also, she kept insisting the sensors are probably the problem & those are not under warranty. I had them come out last year to make an adjustment to the door & was not charged for a service call & there was no conversation about a sensor problem. I will be calling back & speaking to the owner about this issue.

called for a spring replacement and was told they were having a special sale on spring replacements this week for $150.00, including conversions from single spring systems to dual spring systems. When the technician arrived, he walked in and said, "Oh this is an easy set torsion system and it will cost $400.00 to have your spring replaced". I would not recommend this company due to this experience.

We also had them come out to just replace a spring and they talked us into replacing the cables. As the Tech's were there they kept trying to get us to buy and have them come out and install a new opener (which we were declining). They were getting ready to leave when I had realized they had never even tested the door/opener. It was like they got their money so they were out of there. I called it to their attention and they tried it. The door would go up but would not go down. They told me it was the opener and it needed to be replaced. Later that night I took a look at it for myself when I had more time and i noticed that the track had been unscrewed and never screwed back in. That afternoon I saw they guy messing with it but thought nothing of it. I called the company to complain and they would do NOTHING about it because our door and opener was over 30 years old. I will NEVER use or recommend this company ever again.

I was not happy. My garage door wasn't working properly. I called the office and they said it would be...$84? plus parts. The technician came out and said he would fix it for $280, which is more than I thought to fix a broken spring and replace/oil the pulleys, but he was here and we agreed. He presented the bill to my husband an hour or so later, and it was $410!!!!! Unfortunately, I was sleeping and my husband begrudingly paid it, "since the work was already done." I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!
