I have lived in Omaha a long time and have had many companies come and work on my house. Advantage does things the right way. They take the time to explain the problem, fix it right, and stay within their quote. They don't charge for things that don't need to be and are unbelievably respectful. I will never have anyone else come over to my house but them from now on. Other companies could learn a thing or two from this company about the importance of good customer service. Had them replace my galvanized pipes to copper. Very competent. I received several bids ranging from starting at the water heater to replacing from the line into the house. They were the replacing from the line into the house. Their estimate of time and money were correct when the job finished. Very happy I went with them.

We had a "plumber" come out and install a drain for a tile shower and also put in a new shower fixture. NOTHING was done correctly!! We live in old farmhouse. Here are the facts: Advantage returned calls on time. Showed up on time. Quickly diagnosed problem. Fixed other people's poor work. Worked hard while they were at our house. Did it all for a fair price. And they even cleaned up behind themselves when other trades left our home fithy! No cussing or cigarette butts either. Advantage will be who we call for plumbing services in the future.

I've had Mike from Advantage Plumbing come 3 times since buying my house 3 years ago. Scheduling an appointment is extremely quick and he's never been late to an appointment. He's pretty quick, and I never felt that he was stretching it out to make more money.I highly recommend giving them a try. I'll be calling them again the next time I need a plumber.

Had an outside faucet pipe burst over the winter. Had the "big guys" quoting 4-500 dollars for the pipe replacement. Advantage quoted 175-200 and said they would show up at 8:30 AM the next day. The arrived promptly at exactly 8:30 and came in and got right to work. They were done in 40 minutes and I couldn't be more satisfied with the value and quickness of service I received. Will definitely give these guys another call when the need arises.

Mike was very customer service oriented, he made sure i was happy with the job he did before leaving. He also made sure the job was done correctly and gave me tips on how to upkeep my plumbing. He also kept me informed throughout the whole process. And best of all is prices were very very reasonable.

Excellent service! We were able to get repairs completed (in addition to another small added repair I asked Mike if he could do while he was here) within 1 day of calling them. Now for the best part -- total repair cost came in way under estimate, even though Mike also put in new parts inside the toilet tank, which weren't included in the original estimate. We also thought we'd probably have to replace some of our subfloor, but Mike said it wasn't necessary. So, in summary, our final repair cost ended up being only 65% of the original estimate, even though I asked Mike to do some additional work and he also put in some new parts inside the toilet - and neither of these were in the original estimate. I'm definitely very happy with the service received. How could anyone be upset with getting more than expected and paying less than expected for it? I definitely will call Advantage Plumbing again for any further repairs.

Mike (Advantage Plumbing) has completed several jobs for me, most recently having installed a new water heater (under emergency circumstances!) and completed a multitude of tasks to fix a high water pressure issue and related damages. Always, he is friendly and courteous, he arrives on time, he tries to keep costs at a minimal (yet does quality work with quality parts), he explains everything honestly and thoroughly, and he cleans up after his work is completed. I highly recommend Mike and Advantage Plumbing to anyone!

I switched from an electric to a gas range and needed a gas line run to my kitchen. I called Advantage based on the rating I saw on DexKnows and received great service from the first contact. I gather it's a small business which usually means something really good or really bad. In this case it was the former. Mike was the tech and he made two visits to my home. The first was to do a quick site survey, the second was for the actual install. A window of time was set up for the first visit and he arrived about 30 minutes into it. This was no problem for my wife or I, but he still apologized profusely. A hard time of 2 PM was set for the second day and he arrived at exactly... 2 PM. Overall it was a great experience with a dedicated and friendly team of professionals - I have no problem recommending them on this forum.Well done!
